I Looked Like I Had It All Together,
Until My Body Said Otherwise,
For years, I was the woman who could do it all.
Corporate leader. Single mom. Board director. Mentor.
The one everyone came to when they needed something done — and done right.
People constantly asked, “How do you do it all?”
The truth? I wasn’t. I was barely holding it together.
Behind the polished success was an exhaustion I refused to name, anxiety I tried to outwork, and a body that was screaming what my calendar refused to hear.
Eventually, my body made the decision for me — five days in the hospital forced me to face what I had been avoiding:
I wasn’t living in alignment.
That breaking point changed everything.Â
I realized that I wasn’t alone — that countless high-achieving women were quietly collapsing under the same impossible playbook.
We’d been taught to perform, to prove, to perfect — and it was costing us ourselves.
So I decided to rewrite the rules.
Success Without Sacrifice.
The Aligned Leader was born from one disruptive  truth:
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need to free yourself — from the systems, stories, and survival patterns that were never yours to begin with.
My mission is to help women lead from truth, not tension — to build success that feels grounded, embodied, and unapologetically human.
This work blends:
Because when women lead from alignment, everything changes — their teams, their homes, their health, their happiness.
GROUNDED IN EXPERIENCE. BACKED BY STRATEGY. ROOTED IN HUMANITY

When One Woman Leads Differently, She Changes What’s Possible for Everyone Watching.
This work isn’t just about leadership — it’s about legacy.
When you heal your relationship with success, you change how your team shows up, how your family sees you, and how the next generation of women defines what it means to lead.
Aligned leadership isn’t about doing less — it’s about leading with more truth, more grace, and more humanity.
